All of our suites are at least 450 sq feet. have a small living room and private bathroom. Cable TV, Wireless Internet, Servibar, Coffee Machine, Hair Dryer, Iron Machine, electronic remote fans and heaters with excellent view of Down Town San Miguel. We are located 4 blocks from Main Square and across the street From Art School Instituto Allende

To make a reservation: We need a Mayor Credit Card Information (Visa, Master Card or Amex). Please send credit card holders name, Credit card number, expiration date, type of card and very important Security Code. We also need a phone number where we can reach you. We DO NOT make any charge to your card until your arrival date. This is only to guaranty reservation, so we can give you a confirmation number. This way you can choose your payment method on your arrival.
Cancellation: You can cancel the reservation 7 days prior to arrival with No Charge. If there is a NO SHOW or a
cancellation of the reservation after these 7 days. You will be charged with the first night regular cost.
(If your stay is for more than 4 days or you have reserved more than 3 suites, the cancellation policy is 15 days
prior to reservation instead of 7days.)
HOTEL INTERN RULES AND POLITICS
- Anyone who enters the hotel as a guest has the obligation to register in reception.
- The primary guest in charge of the suite is obligated to leave an open Credit Card Baucher or a deposit on his arrival at Front desk for any extra charge made or damage caused. And its obligated to cover the cost this might cause.
- Check in Time is 2:00pm
- Check Out time is at 12:00pm. If suites are not vacat by Check Out time there will be a charge of 100 pesos per every extra hour. Unless you advise Front Desk, and you are authorized to stay longer at no charge.
- Room Charges will begin from the moment the room is occupied.
- You have the right to check the suite prior to Check in and express any inconformity, otherwise you are obligated to pay the complete rate you agreed prior to reservation.
- The hotel reserves the right to deny any outside visitors to our guests suites, having the right to ask them to leave immediately if not registered at Front desk.
- In case of scandal or acts that may put other guests at risk, either in the rooms or in the hotel´s public areas 4 the hotel may request to leave the room immediately. Paying the complete suite cost.
- Any damage to hotel property caused by hotel guests will be charged to your suite Example: Loosing or damaging the room key, TV. Remote, towels, sheets, decoration or any object inside the suite.
- In case of cancelling your reservation inside the limit days you will be charged One night penalty, In case you leave the hotel prior to your departure date reserved you will be charged 50% of the complete cost.
- Gratuity or tips for cleaning service and Hotel service are not included in price.
- The hotel will not be held responsible for any partial or complete robbery inside the suite, hotel or automobile.
- The hotel will not be held responsible for any accident resulting from the guest´s lack of precaution. If one of our guests should become ill. The hotel will provide a private doctor, but the guest will be obligated to pay all the associated costs.
- Children should be accompanied at all times by an adult.
